Columbus, OH 6-12 Months CTH *Interview: Phone/ Skype. In Person if Local to Columbus* *This is contract to hire after 6 months. We need GC, EAD GC, TN Visa or U.S. Citizens Only* *Looking for 1 Technical consultant and 1 Functional Analyst in the area of Oracle EBS. Specialization in HCM is preferred but not required.* *Position Title: Oracle EBS Consultants* *Technical Resource Required Skills:* · 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R11i/R12.1.3) · Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle 10g / 11g Forms and Oracle 10g/11g Reports, BI Publisher, Java, J2EE, SOA and Unix. · Experience with HCM (Human Capital Management) module of Oracle E-Business · Must have a focus in different Financial Applications and Integrations (OTL, OAB, Payroll, HR, CWB or OIC) · Experience improving functionality of Oracle EBS is required · Experience with configurations and production support is required · Must have experience with both production support/maintenance and project-based work · Must have a positive attitude and bring energy to the team · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are absolutely required *Technical Resource Desired Skills: * · Experience with an Oracle EBS implementation is a plus · Familiarity with Hyperion and/or Taleo · A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field of study is preferred · Familiarity with SOX compliance and audits *Functional Analyst Required Skills:* · 5+ years of experience acting as an Analyst for Oracle Applications · Must have experience working with the business to determine its needs then convey that information to technical individuals · Experience working closely with an organizations HR and Compensation departments · Experience gathering and documenting requirements · Must have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures · Must have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills · Willingness to learn and adapt is a must *Functional Analyst Desired Skills: * · Familiarity with Oracle E-Business is highly desired · A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Computer Science is preferred *Description of Roles/Responsibilities:* We are looking for two Oracle EBS Consultants to join our well-known, quickly changing organization in Columbus, Ohio. Both individuals must possess an positive attitude and a willingness to learn while working collaboratively. The first position is a technical resource to assist with both production support and project-based initiatives. This group is in the midst of optimizing their Oracle E-Business suite, specifically the HCM (Human Capital Management) module. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with integrations and configurations, experience working in a team environment and the flexibility to change and adapt to different situations. The second resource is a Functional Analyst that will be working closely with the Compensation and HR groups within the organization. Responsibilities will include: collaborating with developers and the business to achieve business objectives, gathering requirements, documenting improvements, researching different issues and then communicating with the business about new functionality and initiatives.
