· The manager needs someone with strong experience as a technical
lead.
· Strong leadership skills and assertiveness will be equally
important.

Requires the Following Skillset:
· Mainframe/distributed environment experience
· IVR experience

*Position : *Network Admin - VOIP
*Location:* Ann Arbor, MI
*Duration:* 6+ MONTHS
*Job Description: *
· Must have networking experience.
· Must have strong IP and VoIP protocol interoperability
troubleshooting skills.
· Must have experience with Shell scripting (ksh, sh, csh,
bash)
· Must have experience with Scripting languages Python,
Tcl, Java, Perl, API SOAP/REST a plus
· Must be able to work multiple projects at a time.
· Must be able to work in a team environment and have
strong interpersonal skills.
· Experience with Cisco 4321 Routers
· Experience with Cisco Meraki
· Experience with Arcana software a plus
· Must have experience with Wireshark and other protocol
monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
· Cisco and Shoretel phone systems are also a plus
