*Must have: Point of Sale (Toshiba or IBM Systems), Retail industry experience * Job Description: We are in search of an experienced POS Analyst with at least 5+ years of IT experience. An ideal candidate will have experience rolling out a new Toshiba POS system. The POS Support Analyst is responsible for supporting an aggressive conversion of the new Toshiba CHEC Self-Checkout solution by supporting the hardware and software issues that are escalated to level 3 support. The resource performs many of these tasks independently and communicates with the appropriate teams to ensure that assignments are delivered with the highest of quality and in accordance to standards. The role includes analyzing defect trends and proposing new fixes to the Support Lead for a permanent fix provided by the vendor. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others. Experience: Experience working on a large POS (Point of Sale) rollout. Experience with POS applications, in particular Toshiba. (Toshiba CHEC or Toshiba IBM 4690 experience would be a big plus) Experience working on a fast paced project.
