Integration, ContinuousTesting, Pairing, Automated Testing, and being
‘Done’ at the end of a SprintSignificant experience forecasting team budget
burn and project budget spendSignificant experience with release planning
and forecasting,aligning delivery expectations with all
stakeholdersExperience applying a wide variety of patterns and techniques
to enhancethe Scrum framework (for example: Burn down and burn up
