Role: Business Analyst Location: Columbus, Ohio Duration: 6 Months *Must have Microstrategy* *Need Local or near by only * Combo Definition It’s a term we use for combination of different groups (Styles, Articles) into one item where we can use one combo instead of individual selections. Mostly we will be using it in Hyperion team ,MSI reporting to get data at different combinations. Combo: A combo is a grouping of elements in the merchandise hierarchy (i.e. Sub-brand) within the same level or different levels of thehierarchy Types of combos: Company combos are created / maintained by the combo admins and the data flows into the EDW User created combos are created / maintained by any EP user andthe data does not flow into the EDW but is available in EP Tools The parent combo is a grouping of combos, primarily used for subtotals Parent combos cannot contain individual levels of thehierarchy Combos and parent combos are not updated during the EP Midday loads into the EDW And it’s not any Industrial term as per my knowledge its exclusive to LBrands- basicfunctionality of grouping related (Hierarchy), unrelated (Attributes), or hybrid (Both Hierarchy and Attributes) items is very common Business Analyst Responsibilities will be: Mapping combos from the current hierarchy and data structure to the new hierarchy and data structure to deliver the same data set. They will be building Combos in theQA environment of EP Tools. Running reports in QA to verify the combos and test reporting Required Skills: 1. Knowledge of MSI and reporting 2. Good business facing 3. High level of accuracy in work Department: A typical day would be: Mapping combos from the current hierarchy and data structure to the new hierarchy and data structure to deliver the same data set. Building Combos in the QA environment of EP Tools.
