OVERVIEW: Responsible for the delivery of all testing management and testing materials for an Oracle Financials (P2P) and Siebel MRM (Marketing Resource Management) implementation. Candidate will be responsible for working independently to manage testing phase of a global implementation. Scope of Work: Review of requirements and specifications (business, functional and technical) for testability Creation of requirements traceability matrix Work with project team to determine testing strategy, plan for and document the overall test plan Creation of test cases Creation of test scripts Closely coordinates with Functional Analysts in the validation of requirements and design while creating the Test Plan and Scripts Management of system, integration and performance testing Managing defects and regression testing Management of UAT across all required global locations Creates requirements for test data Review of test results to determine traceability is complete and accurate Reporting of test results and communication to project team and testers on test status Work closely with QA to ensure internal standards, practices and procedures are maintained Coach testing team to provide quality testing Leader of small team of testers to assist in testing documentation, test management and testing.
