*Need USC, GC or EAD GC Only* *Primary Responsibilities:Work closely with business partners to identify and define current business processes and define requirements for implementation. Researches existing software components and technology, explores design and infrastructure options and recommends solutions based on customer requirements. Designs, builds, codes or modifies highly complex systems. Identifies technical and operations risks associated with all phases of development of new systems and existing systems. Keeps management informed on a timely basis of progress, status, and concerns for each assignment. Effectively communicates ideas and information with peers, management and customers. Assist with the definition of scope by phase for the overall initiative. Performs other duties as assigned Skills and Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in: the specification, development, and delivery of EBS software solutions Oracle eBusiness Suite (Procure to Pay, Services Procurement and Service Contracts specifically) Application Development using Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, SQL Loader, Forms Personalization, XML Publisher. Deep knowledge of Services Procurement, Purchasing, expenses payable and general ledger. Must have recent experience with Oracle security including building custom menus, responsibilities and screens.
