Position : Sr. DB2 DBA Location : Mahwah, NJ and Atlanta, GA Duration : 1+ Year *!! Phone then in person in Mahwah NJ or Atlanta, GA !!* *!! NEED Local and GREEN CARD /US CITIZEN ONLY !!* *Skills and Experience Required:* - Experienced DB2 LUW DBA position required to support a deployment. - Job responsibilities include support, development of best practices, mentoring junior staff, development of silent installation packages. - This position is for an experienced DB2 LUW DBA who has supported both Linux and Windows environments. - The DBA should be versed in DB2 LUW internals, backup/recovery, BCP (HADR and SA MP), administration, installation and performance tuning. - Installation and configuration of DB2 Connect also part of job duties. - Additionally, Windows experience with .Net Visual Studio would be a plus. - The person will be helping to set technical direction for the team, so good communication skills (both written and oral) are important.
