It's on both platforms, hence the need to support both, and is fundamentally an e-commerce flow with a healthcare twist. Someone with e-commerce experience would be ideal as they likely understand the security implications for PCI and experience in a consumer facing app is essential (i.e. not an internal/enterprise app).
