*Java Back End Developer* *Location: NJ Length: 12+ months*
*Rate: $50 all inc* We are seeking mid-senior level back-end developers. They must be strong in java, intermediate/better in Oracle, Unix Shell Scripting. The candidate will work on a team of developers to support major brokerage clients. *Required Skills:* Programmer with minimum 3-5 years experience with Java, Unix Shell Scripts and PL/SQL programming. Candidate must demonstrate experience and proficiency with Weblogic, Oracle and UNIX. Must be able to analyze and troubleshoot existing code and make modifications to remedy issues. Must be able to review business/functional requirements, and provide detailed design specifications and estimates of work required. Ability to translate project design into code, working within an existing Java framework. Must meet tight deadlines and work on several projects simultaneously. Must be able to work within a team environment as well as work independently. Excellent oral/written communication and problem-solving skills. Will consider other J2EE and SQL server experience for the right candidate.
