This role will require very technical skill set with at least 7 years’ experience with full lifecycle of design, implementation and maintenance with load balancers. JCP is migrating from Citrix NetScaler to F5 load balancer, therefore, experience with either, or both, are required. The candidates should have experience with Cisco routers and switches and the technical skills that it takes to obtain a CCIE (CCIE is not required, but would be ideal). This position has been open for several months on the Contractor side, as well as, through JCP Talent Acquisition for perm placement. Several resumes received have been cable techs, or candidates with only maintenance experience, which is not a good fit for this role. They are looking for someone with technical skills, and hands-on experience with design and implementation. Candidate resumes should reflect proven senior level experience, with leadership skills. Since the position has been open for several months, and through the different avenues, it is likely to come across duplicate submittals of candidate profiles. ------------------------------ *Job Description:* The successful candidate will work with the Network Engineering team in their day-to-day responsibilities by ensuring highly available network designs and implementations of critical network infrastructure components for the organization.
