Location: Groton, CT
Duration: Sep 20th, 2010 to Dec 31st, 2010
Rate: $40
They will hire over the phone:
Skills Required :
* Skilled in development with jsp, java
script, and java.
* Familiarity with JDBC and apache commons
DBUtils will be helpful.
* Some AJAX experience may be helpful but
not essential.
* Skilled in development of JSF or Spring
(Spring is probably the preferred technology in this case.
* Development should be done in the
Eclipse J2EE environment.
* Familiar with Tomcat/JBoss application
servers
* Familiar with subversion/subclipse best
practices
* The development effort will primarily
involve improvements to an existing suite of jsp web pages (one main page
plus support pages).
* Some java jdbc development may be
necessary - at a minimum the required SQL queries will be provided or a
working java API to the data.
* Working examples of the original
application exist for reference.
* Coding guidelines/standards will be
provided and must be adhered to.
