West Regions and escalate issues as necessary - Establish system documentation for the Mt. West Region operations and the local care delivery markets - Gather and coordinate internal and external business/functional requirements and develop use cases from various areas across the organization - Assist with the design specifications and system architecture - Assist with the planning and execution of Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing efforts *What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?* - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) *What skills/attributes are a must have?* - 3+ years of professional experience as an IT/Business Systems Analyst *What skills/attributes are nice to have?* - Previous United HealthGroup or subsidiary work experience - 1+ year or professional experience working with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle - 1+ year of IT Project Management experience *Where is the work to be performed?* (Please list preferred Health Care Company facility, if other please specify i.e. remote work, rural, etc.) Prefer LV Office, but will consider Remote *What are the work hours?* (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) Typical 8am-5pm *Who will be conducting interviews?* (Please list names and titles of interviewers) Lisa Piroumian (Director of IT System Support - Mt.
