Experience working with SQA to develop tests and plan remediation. Demonstrated ability to produce functional and design specifications with minimal supervision, and attend meetings answering technical questions regarding specifications. Demonstrated experience with OOA/D/P, UML, design patterns, frameworks, and tools. Demonstrated experience developing applications and WCF and WPF in C# Demonstrated experience developing software using Test Driven Development and Unit Tests In depth understanding of all forms of Interprocess communication, WINSOCK programming and multi-threading Excellent communication skills (including presentation, verbal, and writing). Demonstrated ability to work with other tech leads and teams to resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and require minimal supervision. Experience in high-performance application development. Experience building distributed and highly available solutions using message/event driven systems. Fluency in XML. *Desired:* Experience developing communications-based Windows applications (e.g. soft phone) Prior experience in developing applications for Windows platform COM and Windows based programming Prior experience developing Rich User interface for Web applications using FLEX / Silverlight Real-time application development for Windows Experience in IP and networking protocols and architectures. *REQUIRED EDUCATION* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is required.
