*Phone interview* *Client is in Chemical industry* The role is a Sr. SD Consultant for a Chemical client in Pittsburgh, PA the needs* help with a back log of tickets and small enhancement changes for post go-live production support*. Areas that the SD resource will need to support are: *shipments*, *routes*, *route determination*, *tolling/exchanges*, *output for customer facing documents* (making changes to wording, etc.),* testing* (creating their own test data to test against), and *creating STO/invoicing* (exchange, foreign trade orders, etc.). An example of a problem they may face would be the fact that the client has not taken into consideration getting return processes in place and would need to help work with the business.
