1. Expertise in Salesforce.com configuration setup 2. Expertise and experience in Apex & Visualforce. 3. Hands-on integration experience (Web Services, Informatica, etc) 4. Salesforce certification preferred Advanced developer for ITL 5. Experience with the service cloud 6. Experience with Salesforce chatter, forums, ideas functionality 7. Ability to propose an end to end architecture to the proposed business problem 8. Expertise in mapping the business requirements to technical specs and handing it off to the technical team 9. Experience in leading the offshore team and getting things done 10. Experience in preparing High & Low level design documents 11.
