Plans, develops, tests, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems: . Evaluates user request for new or modified program, analyzing and developing specifications for design, to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities. . Consults with user and development team to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. . Under general direction, devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results . Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities . Monitor program execution for expected performance . Mod . ifies, installs, and prepares technical documentation for system software applications . This resource is to work on understanding what the communication company has in terms of planning and engineering systems, data, records and functions, and then plan how to bring them over to our client's process/system/tools. .
