*Hi,* *Please check the JD for Oracle MDM with OBIEE | Functional/Technical and let me know if you have any candidates available. *
*Role : Oracle MDM with OBIEE | Functional/Technical* *Duration : 6 Months * *Location : **NYC, NY* *Interview: phone then Face to Face* Our Client in NYC is looking for an On-site techno functional lead business analyst with moderate-to-high levels of depth in both Oracle EBS Master Data Management (MDM) and Oracle OBIEE data warehousing and scorecarding/dashboarding/reporting/analytics solutions. We will have a core group of 3 employees who will need assistance from the lead business analyst with detailed project planning and impact analysis, requirements gathering and solution design, functional specification documentation, and data analysis across a portfolio of about 30 small, medium, and large data management and OBIEE initiatives. *Client Interview::* I did review his resume with my team, and his experience with the HR function also looks a bit light – maybe 2 years at the most, with much of it as part of cross functional big data projects in which HR was just one of the groups. All of the projects we have lined up are very HR centric and specific, and it is important that the person can be conversant and effective in interacting with individuals from the HR CoEs like Talent and Compensation, and with HR Business Partners and HR Generalists – so I would strongly prefer a minimum of 5 years working in the HR domain in a business analyst and operations capacity, even if it is at the expense of depth of EBS and OBIEE technical expertise. It would be great if they also have that expertise to help with writing out the functional specifications for the projects, but it is much more important that they can facilitate the discussions to gather all the requirements from the different HR groups. -- *Thanks and have a great day* *Ranjeet Kumar* *Technical Recruiter* *Srimatrix Inc.* *Phone No. 469.320.9415* *Email: rku...@srimatrix.com <rku...@srimatrix.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
