They will guide the team and organization on best practices and use of the Agile/Scrum methodology and to lead highly functioning scrum team. They will provide hands on Scrum Master and Scrum Mentor leadership on one or more simultaneous projects. They will provide project status to managers and key stakeholders. Resource must be local to Philadelphia, PA and willing to commute to Center City on a daily basis. The role is local and currently there are no travel requirements but the resource should be flexible to travel periodically if needed in the future.
