They will work with the Data Architect, ETL developers, and Data Modeler to establish standardized dimensions and facts with time variance in many cases to adequately enable user reporting and analytics. The Data Mart environment will be hosted on SQL Server and will need to support both standardized reporting as well as deep ad hoc analytics by advanced users. The Tableau Developer should have demonstrated several years of experience working with healthcare reporting and analytics and able to lead the development of several dashboards and reports. The Tableau Developer will also need to support appropriate sizing of the Development, Test/QA, and Production environments based on forecasted user counts, data volume, report types, etc. In addition, they will need to support migration into the Test/QA and Production environments as well as support error resolution, where required.
