I have a new requirement for a Developer/QA with a client in Waltham.
*Position: Systems Developer/QA * *Location: Waltham, MA* *Duration: 3-6+ months contract (MUST BE GC OR USC)* *NEED SOMEONE WITH .NET DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE BUT ALSO HAS SOME TESTING EXPERIENCE… PREFERABLY WITH TESTING TOOLS LIKE SELENIUM,* Under moderate supervision, designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements moderately complex operating systems components, software tools, and utilities required for the operation, maintenance, and control of computer systems. Makes moderately complex modifications to existing software to fit specialized needs and configurations, and maintains program libraries and technical documentation. Assists in planning, scheduling and implementation. Initiates corrective action to stay on schedule. Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. What is the percentage breakdown of this position for Manual testing vs. Automation testing? – Majority is Manual. Experience with automation is a plus. 2) What testing tool is preferred? - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
