*Location: Boston, MA*

*Duration: 1 year *



*Job Responsibilities & Qualifications*:



   - “Hands-on” Test Lead / Senior Tester with in-depth experience of
   requirement analysis, test design, execution and reporting.
   - Experienced in manual/functional testing of web based application
   - Define and maintain test plans and test specifications for functional
   and integration testing, manual execution of test cases and reporting
   defects
   - Lead creation and execution of system and integration test cases
   - Conduct review and sign-off for test plans and test cases; build
   consensus with business and development teams
   - Produce status reports related to testing process, including test
   results and defect tracking
   - Effective in leading small to medium testing teams as well as an
   individual contributor.



*Experience and Skills Required*:



   - *Minimum 5 years of experience working in Property and Casualty
   insurance industry *
   - Minimum 8 years of QA/testing experience in creating test plans  and
   test cases for web based applications
   - Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in end to end testing for
   insurance applications(preferably in P&C)
   - Minimum 3 years of working experience in test management tools(QC) and
   SOA testing tools(SOAP UI)
   - Must have experience executing automated functional test suites using
   HP UFT
   - Must have working knowledge of developing test status reports
   - Must be able to demonstrate teamwork skills while working with clients
   and development teams across the development of software
   - Nice to have strong SQL skills and be able to confidently test batch
   processes
   - Nice to have white box testing techniques

Nice to have Agile testing experience
