Network Engineer Senior

Position Summary:

For this position the candidate should have experience with Office365
migrations, including mail, Identity provisioning, Active Directory,
OneDrive, and Office365 Pro Plus deployments. The candidate should
also possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office365 products, Active
Directory Federation Services and other related areas with
troubleshooting at the expert level within large network environments.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience with
Exchange Server 2007, Exchange Server 2010, Exchange Server 2013 and
experience migrating mail from Exchange to Offie365.

Responsibilities include:

·         Act as a resource for on-going Exchange Messaging planning
and deployment.

·         Help with analysis of migration to new Exchange Server environments.

·         Develop and implement strategies for providing facilitative
support resulting in fewer incidents, increased availability, or
accelerated deployments.

·         Develop and implement strategies for providing facilitative

·         Execute formal post-mortem process on closure of critical issues.

·         Initiate and participate in triage meetings to share
knowledge with other engineers and to efficiently resolve customer
problems.
