<li>2+ years of experience with administering Windows Server 2012 </li>
<li>5+ years of experience with SSIS reporting</li>
<li>SSAS experience is a plus</li>
<li>5+ years of experience with Configurations Windows Servers, application 
configuration, and Server monitoring </li>
<li>2+ years of experience with windows/SQL clustering</li>
<li>Exposure and experience with Always On technologies</li>
<li>Experience with both off the shelf and custom software as a configurator 
and/or an admin</li>
<li>Experience with PowerShell</li>
