*6 months contract*



Job Duties and Description:
The Site Support Analyst II is responsible for providing technical support
on various aspects of end user systems support, including PC Hardware and
Software Support, Mobile Device Support and Video Conferencing Support.
Responsibilities:
• Imaging, setup and deployment of Desktop and Laptop Computers.
• Installation and setup of PC Peripherals.
• Movement and tracking of PC related hardware.
• PC Software Installation, Including Microsoft applications,
Shrink-wrapped applications, development tools and internal applications.
• Provide Second tier technical support for multiple products to internal
associates via Remedy tickets.
• Support, troubleshooting, repair or replacement of PC Hardware and
related peripherals.
• Support, troubleshooting and remediation of software related issues.
• Tracking computer related equipment from an Asset Management perspective.
• Utilize the Asset Management Software and supporting hardware to ensure
accuracy and completeness of computer related equipment inventory.
• Support and Deployment of standard corporate Mobile Devices.
• Support for Video Conference and Audio-Visual Support for meetings and
internal events.
• Provide quality customer service when interacting with all associates.
• Develop and improve strong customer service, communication and technical
skills.
• Handling Remote Support issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of computer hardware and software support experience in
an enterprise environment.
• Thorough understanding of Windows XP/ Win7 desktop OS. Any Mac OS is a
plus
• Strong computer skills necessary in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent people skills with ability to handle difficult situations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong Troubleshooting capabilities evidenced by organized, analytical

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Keen attention to detail, with a commitment to follow through and
follow-up.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical
audiences and interact with all types of clients including technology,
business, management and executive management.
• Experience with Remote Support
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a
collaborative team environment.
• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant products offerings and
support policies in order to provide technically accurate solution to
associates and team members.
• ITIL certification a plus
• Technology certifications a plus (i.e. MCP, A+, etc.)
• 2 year college degree required; 4 year college degree preferred
• 5+ years related work experience
• Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of
requirements listed above
