Requirements: Senior level consultant with MS Dynamics experience. Resource will need to have a technical background with MS CRM, someone who really knows the product. Must come in and evaluate the CRM, make recommendations. Resource will be interviewing business users, giving feedback to senior directors on the system, making recommendations on changes and what they need to upgrade, evaluate how they are currently using MS CRM vs how they should be using it.
