Title: Support Engineer

Location: *Oregon - Hillsboro*

Duration: 6 – 12+ months



To support various integration applications deployed in production and
non-production environments in Mulesoft ESB, Jitterbit, and Salesforce
platforms.

*Responsibilities:*
● Provide operational monitoring and support for integrations
● Review and diagnose errors in running integrations; take corrective
action and/or initiate escalation steps as necessary
● Work with Support leads to deploy Integration applications to Production
and Non-Production environments.
● Install and configure new integration platforms
● Create shell scripts to automate and improve support process
● Manage queue of cases and work with users and other support teams to
troubleshoot production issues
● Work with support lead and developers to triage production bugs
● Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce to help monitoring production
applications.
● Document support process, standard operational procedures, support
reference manuals.

*Required Skills: *
● 2+ years of experience using Unix/Linux OS environments
● 3 or more years of experience with Administering and supporting any
Integration technologies like Mulesoft ESB, Jitterbit, Oracle SOA Suite,
Tibco
● 1 or more years of experience with Oracle database and SQL queries
● 1 or more years working knowledge on Web Services [SOAP & REST], XML,
XSLT, XPTH, HTTPS
