The artifacts include as-is-architecture, to-be-architecture, migration roadmaps, governance and process work products, and strategies that are developed based on business drivers, technical capability strategies and standards, emerging technology, tradeoff analysis of alternatives, and best practices. *Necessary Skills:* * * *Agile development experience a must* Conversant across business, data, platform and application, technology (BDAT), and solution architectures, usually specializing in at least one of these areas. SQL 2008 Database design, database and server implementation and sustaining. Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 RDMS is mandatory SQL Server Clustering, data migrations, SQL data replication, ET&L's, database and server optimizations, SQL database proactive maintenance Experience with Business Intelligence application development projects and ETL strategies and implementations is a plus Working experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence tools is a plus Excellent written and verbal skills (including meeting management) in English. Self-motivated and well organized. Able to work on diverse teams Ability to multitask - balance multiple project responsibilities.
