Troubleshoot issues with the MAC OS X operating system ( 10.4.10.5,10.6) . Troubleshooting and configuring Entourage for MAC and the office Suite. . Knowledge in installing, configuring & troubleshooting Adobe CS suite applications. . Experience in troubleshooting network printer connectivity from MAC OS X. . Experience in configuring and troubleshooting SMB and DFS share access from MAC OS X. . Knowledge in troubleshooting an configuring Windows Desktops. *Skills:* . Excellent expertise in troubleshooting hardware and operating system related issues for Desktops and Laptops. . Excellent troubleshooting skills on MAC operating systems, desktop applications, LAN troubleshooting. . Expertise in installing, configuring and troubleshooting printer and print related issues on MAC systems . Expertise in Trouble shooting and configuring Remote access, VPN, Wireless routers, Cable modem. . Expertise in Shrink wrapped products like Microsoft office, MS Project, Visio, Adobe suite, Dream weaver, Outlook. . Knowledge on antivirus client software installations, patch and hot-fix installation. . Knowledge in Windows active directory, domain administration, Microsoft exchange. . Knowledge of other operating systems like MAC and Unix. *Tools Usage:* Ticketing Tools : Remedy Remote Control Tools : , Apple Remote Desktop Tools: Casper. . Hardware Troubleshooting for desktop, laptops and other PC peripherals including printers . Support of Handheld - blackberry . Support of A/V equipments .
