The needs are really split between people who have strong java skills on the
data side, i.e. strong Hibernate skills and others who have stronger java
skills on the UI side, specifically STRUTS 1.x with DHTML being helpful.
Assignments here will be an Agile environment. Developers in general are
given an assignment based on a component of the design to use in coding
which they are responsible to complete.
