Hi Folks,

Kindly share some matching resume to *ami...@idctechnologies.com
<ami...@idctechnologies.com>*

*Role: UFT QA Analyst LOCATION: Glenview, IL*

*Duration: 12+ Months *

*INTERVIEW: *Phone, then intensive onsite interview.

*OVERALL: *Looking for UFT automation tester, that can bring expertise in
UFT and be a senior level member. Not necessarily a lead, but the technical
knowledge to influence good use of UFT.

*Skills**:*

- *Good Comm*

- *Some experience with Selenium*

- *Strong with HP UFT Automation*

- *Solid Senior level skill *

- *Must have heavy, recent experience with UFT*

- *The person who is asking all of the questions, is doing UFT
heavy-lifting day-in and day-out. Questions will be very advanced,
technical, as well as highly weighting & reviewing the candidate’s
experience with it and what they have done (so not just knowledge, they
will make serious opinions based on what the candidate has done with UFT)*

*INTERVIEW (CANDIDATE FEEDBACK ON TOPICS)*

4 people spoke to me separately.

1. QA manager asked more about UFT exp, framework, selenium exp and recent
project.

2. Test Automation Engineer asked about 15 qstns on UFT & Framework &
8qstns on selenium.

3. Jim: asked about, your approach, what you did in recent , what do you
do...etc that kinds of qstns for 30 min.

4. Lastly Mike spoke to me for 5-10 min and finally told that, few more
people are in Q' to complete the interview process with.

If I fail, for any reason, I would think it is because

I explained about the projects, and UFT exp good, and little in selenium,
and about framework up to my knowledge to Test Automation
Engineer/Architect.
