*(Note : Copy of H1 is a must for submission.) * *Job Title: Project Manager* *Job Location: Detroit, MI* *Duration: 6 months to 1 year* *Job Description:* Major Job Duties: • Project manage major programs and or projects (20%) • Create project plans • Partner with the business to understand success criteria and metrics • Assemble project teams (10%) • Liaise with project team members within GI departments and across the organization to Ensure that project objectives are met o Manage day to day operational aspects of the projects • Assign, direct, and coordinate the work of program or project team members • Priorities work assignments o Mentor and train project team members • Facilitate regular project team meetings • Adhere to GI Project Management Office (PMO) principles • Ensure the ‘Bridge Tool’ (or it’s replacement) is kept up to date (10%) · Create and maintain project documentation (as defined by CLIENTS project management methodology) (10%) • Work with the GI PMO Manager and the central IT PMO team to ensure strategy and standards are adhered to (10%) • Ensure a high standard of project governance is applied (15%) • Change Control, Gate Reviews (Checkpoints) · Follow the CLIENTS ITDM, ITPM and ITPgM methodology, as defined in ITPM100 and by the IT PMO • Provide project status reports to project team members and stakeholders (10%) • Facilitate regular project steering committee reviews (10%) • Ensure adoption of IT organization policies and procedures (5%) • Adapt to change Internal; / External Contact · Within The Product Line or Function, or CLIENTS: · Program or project steering committee (typically IT Directors) · Project teams (program or project assigned team members) · Project stakeholders (senior staff who are impacted by the project) · End users (all and any staff impacted by the project) · Outside of CLIENTS: · Customers (external parties impacted by the project) · Vendors (suppliers of project services, e.g. Data Center hosts) *Job Title: Business Analyst* *Job Location: Detroit, MI* *Duration: 6 months to 1 year* *Job Description:* Oversee the delivery for all the positions Interacts daily basis with CLIENTS Project Managers to understand the deliverables.
