*DURATION OF PROJECT*

The duration of the projects is from November through December of 2011 with
the need for a full-time contractor.

 *POSITION REQUIRED (ROLE)*

An SAP HR Consultant is required to fulfill the following roles:

·         Define and author requirements with the business community

·         Define and author SAP HR and other third party software technical
specifications

·         Design solutions, requiring configuration and ABAP development

·         Perform configuration

·         Provide requirements to ABAP developer

·         Testing

·         Write documentation for solutions, in the form of BPPs and other
document templates

·         Provide knowledge transfer to internal lead HR SAP Analyst, other
IS team members and the business



*SKILLS REQUIRED*

The potential candidate must possess the following skills:

·         Business analysis

·         Human Resources business processes knowledge

·         Strong knowledge of SAP PA, OM, Compensation and Time Management
modules, Integration with ADP Payroll and external Time tracking system.

·         Knowledge of ADP Payroll system and Kronos Time tracking system is
a plus

·         Proven ability to manage competing priorities, multi-task, take
ownership of problems, and resolve conflicts

·         Proven ability to manage risk and escalate when appropriate

·         Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior
business executives

·         Excellent business communication skills (written, verbal, and
presentation)

·         Testing/Quality Assurance

·         Documentation


*SCOPE OF WORK*

The following projects and support are required during the aforementioned
timeframe:

·         Lead the Integration efforts with other SAP HR systems

·         Lead production support efforts by ensuring that incidents are
resolved to meet service level agreements.

·         Configure in the SAP HR system.

·         Design and execute integrated (business, functional and technical)
test planning scenarios in support of application requirements.

·         Provide recommendations for improvements to key issues, using
non-implemented functionality in SAP

·         Provide daily support and troubleshooting

·         Complete components of documentation required in the Project
Management Methodology and Change Management
