*NO H1B OT OPT* Regain Oracle Support Take advantage of the new architecture and functionality provided in the HCM 9.2, including core module upgrades, dashboards, workcenters, and other functionality Review and determine the viability of implementing functionality currently resident in HCM 9.0 (perhaps more robust in HCM 9.2) but not utilized at company Implement new modules currently not in use at company, including Time and Labor, Absence Management Re-engineer business processes to work more efficiently with the new software Reduce the flow of physical paper throughout the company Leverage new People Tools 8.55 to automate workflow and approvals, where possible Maintain bi-directional integrations with company Solutions 9.0 and coordinate activities with company Solutions 9.2 Upgrade Maintain bi-directional integrations with Taleo Recruit and Onboarding Maintain data reports and extracts to the data warehouse Upgrade to PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Implementation of Time and Labor/Absence management and pre-requisite core HR configurations including positions and job profiles and associated self-service, reports, data integrations and payroll setup and files.
