*Duration: Long Term* *Interview: Phone/Skype* *Job Description: * Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only)* • Web Producers/Product Managers are responsible for leading out on maintenance tasks and projects, and collaborating with cross functional teams including engineering, business, and design. • Solid knowledge of Website development and production, and excellent at managing to deadlines, exceptional communicators (verbal & written) • Solid understanding of digital technology and demonstrated interest and experience in leading technology projects. Solid understanding of UX principles. • Create project schedules, manages deadlines, liaise on an ongoing basis with engineers and QA to ensure development meets the required scope and timelines. Nice to have skills (Top 2 only) • Familiarity with e-commerce trends and best practices • Experience in development and testing of various eCommerce platform implementations • Desired years of experience* : At least 5+ years of relevant required experience mentioned above • Education/ Certifications (Required): Bachelors / Master’s Degree from an accredited institution. • Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute*: • Manage a team of engineers and QA resources to lead out on maintenance tasks and projects • Lead daily scrum calls with the production team, manage release calendar, and oversee pushes to production and QA efforts. • Communicate with appropriate business stakeholders to keep all key team members up to date on current status and potential escalations or productivity constraints based on developmental progress. • Lead ideation workshops and product planning sessions • Able to sell ideas and clearly explain product concepts • Manage a backlog of maintenance tasks and projects, groom the backlog on a regular basis and provide ongoing status updates to stakeholders on backlog planning.
