·         Must have Clinical Experience in QA



Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience plus a minimum three to five
years of complex QA and Testing experience within Business/Clinical
applications and IS Infrastructure projects from planning through
completion under strict deadlines is required.



Demonstrates an understanding of traditional System Development Life Cycle
(SDLC) methodology. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills,
as well as interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to define problems
collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to lead
a business transition process that leverages technology (Process
Reengineering/ Redesign). Ability and willingness to learn. Ability and
willingness to work independently.    Proficiency with all MS Office
applications.  Experience with HPQC strongly desired.



*Specific Requirements:*

   - Understand clinical and operational workflow- nursing, provider, other
   health care providers
   - Understand key clinical terms
   - Understand legal requirements for a medical record
   - Understand some documentation requirements related to nursing,
   provider, etc.
   - Detailed oriented  related to documentation of requirements that will
   be used for testing purposes
   - Have worked with clinical systems in the past.

Experience with all or some of the following:

§  Allscripts Sunrise Clinical Manager™ - 5.0, 5.5, 6.1, 15.1

§  Allscripts configuration of orders, results, and worklists

§  Allscripts Sunrise Pharmacy

§  HP ALM

§  Cerner INVISION and SOARIAN registration and scheduling systems

§

§  Cerner SOARIAN Financials ADT functions, HL7 integration, charging and
worklists

§  Siemens Syngo workflow

§  Sunquest and CoPath workflows

§  OpenLink interface integration

§  Exposure to Epic clinical related module

§  MIIS (Massachusetts Immunization Information System)
