*Sr./Lead QA*
Worcester, MA Local 6+ Months · Must be able to face to Face in Worcester and have a car (may need to travel to 3 location in Worcester · Must have Clinical Experience in QA Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience plus a minimum three to five years of complex QA and Testing experience within Business/Clinical applications and IS Infrastructure projects from planning through completion under strict deadlines is required. Demonstrates an understanding of traditional System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to lead a business transition process that leverages technology (Process Reengineering/ Redesign). Ability and willingness to learn. Ability and willingness to work independently. Proficiency with all MS Office applications. Experience with HPQC strongly desired. *Specific Requirements:* - Understand clinical and operational workflow- nursing, provider, other health care providers - Understand key clinical terms - Understand legal requirements for a medical record - Understand some documentation requirements related to nursing, provider, etc. - Detailed oriented related to documentation of requirements that will be used for testing purposes - Have worked with clinical systems in the past.
