*Immediate Need WMS Administration with TECSYS - Need EAD GC, GC, USC- Interview ASAP*
Position : WMS Administration with TECSYS Location : Melville, NY Duration : 6+ months *Need EAD GC, GC, USC* To be successful in this position, you will need to be well versed in all aspects of packaged Warehouse application Management System operations including software installation and configuration, upgrades, ongoing maintenance, monitoring, interface with vendor support and troubleshooting in a business critical production environment. You will be running old and new versions of TECSYS in an environment which includes over 17 warehouses with more to come. *Responsibilities to include:* Supporting the WMS Application. Creating automation for some operation's process (scripting for Unix/Microsoft/Application/Clusters). Provide support for new and old Datawarehouse environments Participate in redesign of the Visual Logistics Warehouse Management System (TECSYS WMS Application) environment. Daily support to the WMS application. On-call duty. Migrate the Application from TECSYS Version 7.6 to the new TECSYS Version 8.4 Automate operational process related to the Application. Troubleshooting OS/Application issues for old and for new environments. *Qualifications:* Must have a good understanding of Network operations and set up & as well as both Windows and Linux OS set up.
