Experience with Hardware/Software Asset and Configuration data and attributes 5 years of experience with BMC Atrium, BMC AR System, and BMC Remedy ITSM 8.x, 9.x Familiarity with various BMC Atrium CMDB CI classes and relationships 2 years of experience with AI (Atrium Integrator) and other ETL tools Experience mapping the data source attributes to various Atrium CMDB configuration item classes and establishing relationships Experience with Normalization & Reconciliation of multiple sources of data feeding into CMDB Familiar with any of the following: discovery products including Microsoft SCCM, BMC ADDM; reconciliation in the BMC CMDB environment; integration of discovery solutions with a CMDB Knowledge of Excel, SQL, query-writing, reporting tools Must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
