Salesforce Certification is must. - Experience in SFDC Design, Analysis, Configuration & Coding. - Design a technical architecture solution that may span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems - Articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, recommendations for a technical architecture and ability to communicate the same - Good analytical & problem solving skills. - In-depth understanding of SFDC CRM application (Sales & Service Cloud) capabilities and constraints. - Applied knowledge of the solution definition, design, layout and configuration of the SFDC implementation and related applications - Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies. - Experience of working and delivering project using Agile methodology. - Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels. - Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision. - Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
