Must have experience in documenting specifications for and configuring: 1. Holiday calendars, work schedule rules. 2. Absence/attendance types. 3. Quota entitlements and generation via time evaluation schema and default program RPTQTA00. 4. Time Evaluation Schema – must have experience in writing schemas and rules. 5. Portal application for Working Time with configuration of Homepage Framework, Self-services components such as record working time via time sheet and leave requests. 6. Time reporting using standard report functionality and configuring time reports. 7. Time Manager Workplace experience a plus. 8. Workflow approvals on working time and leave requests. 9. Experience working with a Basis security expert in designing and building security roles for Time Administrator, Employee, and Manager.
