Duration: 11 months Split shift position due to working with offshore team * * **Looking for local candidates** But if you have someone that an relocate I can see what my manager says We want to bring in a *SCRUM Master* on-site that splits the shift with offshore , the teams are offshore and the SCRUM master will work an offshore overlapping schedule Act as the *SCRUM Master *for the SCRUM team; participate in all the SCRUM meetings, responsible for Sprint Planning and creating the Sprint retrospective status reports at the end of each sprint. *SCRUM Master* utilizes skills in Agile Project Management ( SCRUM), works closely with the .Net lead (Agile Coach) and other .Net Team members and reports to the Supplier Engagement Manager Ø 8-10 years of experience in a technical software development environment Ø 3-4 years of experience as a Software Program/Project Manager using Agile techniques.
