*Average experience:* 5-7years *Project Duration*: 6 months+ *Rates( to consultant):* Open *How soon the client wants this resource on board :* 1-2 week or sooner *Profile Description:* Senior Programmer Analyst - Financial, Consolidation, Planning and Reporting (FCPR), The Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for production support of the company's FCPR implementation using Oracle *Hyperion 9.3.x and 11.1.2 * The selected candidate will be responsible for daily management of the Hyperion environments (DEV, TEST, and PROD), Hyperion upgrades, user requests, bug fixes, enhancements, interfaces, and other business requests. Candidates must have experience with Oracle support and production support issues and escalations. The core application technologies and platforms used by FCPR are: Oracle Hyperion 9.3.1, Oracle Hyperion 9.3.3, Hyperion 11.1.2, SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008, Essbase, HAL, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Microsoft Office components, Windows XP, UNIX/AIX and BMC Patrol. *Skills and Experience Required * - Must be highly proficient with Oracle Hyperion 9.3.1, 9.3.3 and 11.1.2 - minimum of 5 years of Hyperion experience is required. - Essential communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, UNIX/AIX, Essbase, SSIS, HAL and migrations. - Prior experience as production support resource within a enterprise wide Hyperion implementation is critical, including DEV, TEST and PROD environments. - Must be able to handle multiple priorities both short term and long term and can handle critical time sensitive user requests. - Technical experience with Oracle Hyperion troubleshooting and the identification of root cause to reported issues. Needs to be a proficient problem solver. - Experience with Oracle Hyperion Upgrades is a plus. - Background with engaging Oracle support and being aggressive with external support teams to drive closure of open cases. - Must be able to work extended hours, including weekends as well as performing monthly server maintenance in all environments. - Candidates must work critical user issues during off hours and provide detailed status communications for issues being addressed. - Must be able to jump on board quickly and must be able to work independently and efficiently.
