These services may include consulting expertise in the following disciplines: 1. SAP client synchronization activities within the ERP eco-system that includes HCM, PM. MM, and eRecriuting. It may also include foundational work for a future implementation of FICO and SRM. 2. Creation of efficient Test/QA/Dev SAP clients with a focus on minimizing space and server resource consumption of non-production environments. 3. Identify opportunities to minimize server loading, and maximize utilization of free resources. * * *Services to optimize Time Management and MSS Configuration* · Configure SAP MSS (installed but not currently configured for Time Approval) for time approvers · Establish Time Approvers outside of the current Org Structure (OM) configuration · Time approval process must be able to function with both negative and positive time entry · Time approvers need to have the ability to also “revise” or edit time. (Example: you have an employee that’s been on vacation for two week and who did not enter their vacation time in advance – Manager or Designated Time Approver must be able to enter this time) · Vendor must be flexible with the roll-out schedule and must accepted phases and pilot projects · Vendor must participate in the assessment of department’s time management processes to tailor the ultimate solution to each departments needs. · Must have experience with Automated Time Keeping Systems and integration/configuration requirements to accommodate CATS interface. Must be able to provide consultants with experience in blueprinting automated time keeping solutions.
