Very Good communication skills. *Position# 2* Title: Business Analyst with PeopleSoft SCM Inventory Location: NC Duration: 12+ Months *Description:* *Participates in user acceptance testing and consults; assists in the creation of documentation and training materials, and delivers training during implementation. Incumbent possess an expert level of understanding of all of the Supply Chain* **business* processes. The Team Member will also serve as a communications liaison during the implementation. * Writes test scripts in Supply Chain Inventory modules in* **PeopleSoft*. * Documents test cases and performs user testing. * Maintains the* **PeopleSoft* Supply Chain Inventory modules, using application and SQL updates * Develops, documents and reviews* **business* process design * Performs* **business* analysis for* **PeopleSoft* Supply Chain Inventory modules to meet the needs of the Supply Management Group * Develops, enhances, tests and implements reports to support processes and metrics required * Identifies opportunities for process improvement and makes recommendations that lead to improvements * Complies* **with* project methodology and associated procedures. Escalates issues as needed * Monitors task assignments to ensure they are performed on schedule, within intended scope and to a defined level of quality. * Provides subject-matter expertise processes, policies and requirements in support of functional area process design, testing and implementation * Co-ordinates* **with* other team members to assure consistency and optimization of overall work product * **Qualification:* * B.S. in* **Business* or related field, or the equivalent, Master*s degree is preferred. * 5-7 plus years of relevant Supply Chain experience in either Warehousing and Distribution Management, Purchasing Management or Data Management is required. Working knowledge of, but not limited to: Sourcing, Purchasing, Contract Management, Procure to Pay processes* **with* integration points, Receiving, Returns, Inventory Management, Master Data and* **Business* Analytics.
