*Job Title : Business Analyst with Healthcare exp Location : Austin, TX Duration : 6+ Month Contract Rate : $40/hr on C2C all inc Max* Short Job Description: *Need Business Analyt with Any Medicaid, Claims processing or Healthcare experience Must.* Detail job description: Responsible for analyzing and designing new business solutions. Also responsible for identifying and defining detailed product functional requirements and use cases, setting up and maintaining the Requirements Traceability Matrix. Works closely with functional lead and technical leads to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer requirement and with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application. Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing. Business Analysts will also participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements. Requirements Development: • Analyze and design business processes. • Develop requirements based on input from project stakeholders. • Maintain requirements in requirements tool. Software Quality: • Develop test conditions and expected results based on the requirements. • Document test cases in requirements tool to confirm requirements coverage. • Execute test cases. Log and communicate test results. Verify defect resolution. • Perform post-deployment verification per deployment procedures. Project Documentation: • Review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards. • Peer review work done by other team members • Assist in producing documentation required for sign-off. Project Management Activities: • Report time into time tracking system in an accurate and timely manner. • Report weekly status. • Maintain service request, risk, and issue documentation in project management system. Other: • Executes responsibilities in support of large or complex work efforts • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Demonstrate significant subject matter expertise across business and application areas • Share knowledge and experience with others.
