Reply with Resume Full Legal Name: Ph: Email: Visa Status: CurrentLoc: Reloc: Rate: Availabliltiy: Employer Details: Title: VB & ASP.Net Developer Location: Detroit, MI Duration: 6+ mon Rate: $40/hr on C2C Interview: Inperson Technology Services is seeking qualified candidates for 40 hours per week to: * Design, code, test, debug, modify and document new or existing application programs within accepted standards, procedures and guidelines. * Meet with users to determine needs; writes program and/or system specifications and guidelines for systems. * Assist in the evaluation of user requests for changes to determine specific tasks and effects on existing programs and systems; discusses and explains program and system modifications to users and writes user guides. * Analyze changes, enhancements and/or system designs to ensure confidentiality, data integrity and availability. * Identify, research and resolve program, data or system software problems, frequently on an individual basis in consultation with other staff and/or users. Minimum Qualifications: The successful candidate should have, in addition to a broad business background and strong analytical skills: 1) At least two years of college or Associates Degree, and 2) At least 3 years development experience in developing Desktop , and Web applications using VB.NET, and ASP.NET, and 3) Experience developing reports using Crystal Reports, and 4) Experience documenting and analyzing business processes and needs, and 5) Experience designing Relational Databases: SQL Server 2008 / 2005, MS Access 2007, and 6) Good interpersonal communications and English language skills, and 7) Experience with MS Office 2007 or 2010 and 8) Three (3) years or more overall application development experience, and Preferred Qualifications: 1) A four year degree or higher, 2) Experience taking on a lead role for a group project, and 3) Java Script, HTML, JAVA, JSP, and 4) Experience developing applications utilizing RFID technology, and 5) Experience developing handheld applications using VB.NET 6) Experience developing new software specifications, and 7) Experience developing applications for Windows 7 platform, and 8) Visual Studio 2010, VS Team Foundation , Source Safe, and 9) Experience developing SQL Reports, and 10) Experience converting VB 6 application to .NET, and 11) Document Management System, Maximo, ERP Experience, and 12) Payroll Time and Attendance Software Experience. 13) Good business writing and presentation skills.
