SharePoint Administrator Role

Knowledge about SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010 is a must

Should be able to deploy SharePoint and configure various services like
Search, Excel Web Services, Office Web Applications etc.

Should be able to upgrade SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010

Can do upgrade and DB migrations from SharePoint 2007 to 2010

Knowledge of SQL is a must

Can install and setup SQL clustering etc.

Knowledge around TMG servers for extern SharePoint site publishing

Should be able to setup SharePoint DR environment (2 redundant farms with
SQL logs shipping etc)
