Job Tittle : SAP BI Consultant. Location: Dublin, OH. Duration: 3-6 Months *Rate: 50/hr OnC2C MAX.* *Required Skills:* •Develops solutions using SAP BI business intelligence software •Responsible for activities such as conceptual design, detail technical specifications and technical documentation •Ensures development follows Cardinal development standards •Performs technical system configuration activities *Job Description:* •Serves as an expert within the enterprise SAP BI community of interest •Participates in the design, development, testing, implementation and documentation of the solution •Performs analysis and problem solving activities •Assists in estimating tasks and the preparation of project plans •Reports the status, issues, possible business impacts and risks within projects •Understands and follows the software development methodology and various EIT processes •Draws on best practices and comprehensive technical knowledge to advise clients in own area of expertise. •Recommends methods for improved work processes, detailing the process’s strengths and answering clients’ questions to gain group consensus. Tracks internal trends and suggests process improvements based on observations. •Measures performance of the newly implemented solution against desired results and makes basic improvements; demonstrates a strong sense of ownership for outcomes. •Questions current methods, while evaluating broad implications, to develop practical improvements. Focuses on achieving goals rather than a fear of failure. •SAP BI 2004s (BI 7.0). •Specifically how to create and/or maintain Extractors, DTPs, DSOs, Process Chains, Cubes, Multiprovider, Infosets, Aggregates, BEx Queries, SAP provided Business Content, APD’s •BCS •SAP Portal integration •ABAP •Ability to understand and translate user needs/requirements into system solutions •Knowledge of technical tools and concepts around package enhancement, interface and conversion design •Understanding of good design principles that support process controls, dependability and maintainability •Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills •Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills •Ability to quickly learn new skills in a rapidly changing environment •General knowledge of estimating methodologies •An understanding of project methodologies and current EIT processes •Attention to detail with strong organizational skills •Ability to prioritize workload and to multi-task •Strong aptitude for teamwork •Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision •Ability to work in fast paced, deadline driven environment •Flexibility to respond in a changing environment •Overtime required around month end •Bachelors Degree (or equivalent work experience) required •*Minimum 7 years IT experience* •SAP BI * Thanks & Regards....?
