Livelink Consultant Location: Houston, TX Duration: 6-12 Months *REQUIREMENTS: * ·Livelink maintenance and support - monitoring, regular health checks, preventive maintenance to ensure continuity of service ·Install and configure Livelink software (on additional servers), perform system upgrades, install patches, keep up with Change Requests ·Work with our IT Dept on overall structure and connectivity, capacity and storage management ·High level knowledge of Livelink database table structure to create reports, search templates, scopes and slices ·Install and support Livelink modules (workflows, Transmittals, Brava, auto-doc numbering, Adlib, webReports) ·Work with power users on improving current functionalities and implementation of new functions based on approved (justified) new requirements (Business Analysis) ·Develop and deliver various and focused Livelink training sessions ·Technical writing
