Associates Degree Must have excellent communication and customer service exp. Some exp. in a couple of these areas- Basic scripting skills, firewalls, DB's- Informix preferred, Back-up exp.- NetBackup preferred and Hardware support- HP DL 380 servers & HP MSA200 SAN's. Plus: Linux Certification. Red Hat is the flavor of choice for the courts.) Summary of duties and responsibilities include: Perform troubleshooting remotely, over the phone and in-person for Linux O/S. Implement and support new hardware/software.
